Stella crutches into her apartment after another long day on crutches dragging her stiff fully casted leg around, she does a quick change into a pair of daisy duke shorts on the couch and then gets herself comfortable using her socked foot to massage her exposed casted toes and basically wiggle both sets of toes for most of the clip (from many angles as she tries to get comfortable on the couch, either reading or tending to her cast. towards the very end she gets on her crutches to look outside (she struggles to turn and use her casted leg for leverage to stand and look out the window from the couch. Finally, she turns around and props her casted leg on a table using a pillow and a plastic sheet to protect the table from cast damage. There are really lots of closeups of Stella's cute wiggling toes in this one (on bare casted foot and pink socked good foot) so if that's what you like it’s a must see.
