The wavy leaves from the Laurentian Shawl make a comeback in this light summer top. The Laurentian Tee uses a modified version of the flowy leaf motif on the sides of the top, showing just a hint of skin, making it extra breezy. The main body has a ribbed texture and it is extra roomy, making it perfect for warm summer temperatures.

This is an intermediate level pattern. The pattern is written in standard US crochet terms.

Hooks
2.5 mm and 3.5 mm

Sizing
This pattern is written in 9 sizes (XS-5X) with 4” to 8” (10 to 20 cm) of positive ease, based on the bust. Measure your bust, add your desired level of ease, and choose the size that comes closest to that

Size: XS (S, M, L, XL) {2X, 3X, 4X, 5X}
Bust of top: 36” (40”, 43”, 46”, 50”) {54”, 57”, 64”, 68”} / 90 cm (100 cm, 107.5 cm, 115 cm, 125 cm) {135 cm, 142.5 cm, 160 cm, 170 cm}

Yarn and Yardage
This pattern uses sport weight yarn. While I used a De Rerum Natura Antigone (a linen yarn), testers used a variety of different fibers such as cotton, acrylic, and bamboo (eg, Stylecraft Naturals Bamboo Cotton, Lion Brand Truboo and Beautiful You, Scheepjes Stonewashed, Yarn Bee Yarntopia, and Drops Safran)

Size: XS (S, M, L, XL) {2X, 3X, 4X, 5X}
up to 1000 (1202, 1380, 1507, 1617) {1730, 1871, 2094, 2225} yards / 914 (1100, 1262, 1378, 1479) {1582, 1711, 1915, 2034} m
(this is the estimated maximum yardage; those who used bamboo or linen tended to need less yarn)

Note: The pattern has been tested, except for the following sizes: 5X. These sizes have been included based on estimated measurements from Crafty Yarn Council standards and tester feedback.
