Overall, school teaches us what we need to know but I didn't feel confident in myself to apply it

I know I would not have lasted long in outpatient PT if it wasn't for my mentors

The reason I can treat patients scheduled for single, doubles, triples and even the occasional quad is from all my mentorship and Orthopedic Specialist studying. If you follow my social media you know that I treat this volume of patients not because I have to or the money, I genuinely enjoy what I do and I want to do more and do it better to help more people. My knowledge and experience of almost 2 years to this date, gives me the ability to adapt to diagnosis and get good outcomes.

Now the only way you will get over the feeling of "not knowing what you are doing" is to get out there and treat. Practice, practice, practice! This starter pack will take out the guest work in developing your clinical skills and gives you mentorship tips when you may not have one.

Please note: I spent a lot of time creating this document to help mentor new grads that may struggle like I did. The cost of this document is to compensate for my countless hours so that I can allocate more time to create more documents like this to help our new grads. Therefore, please do not share content with those that have not purchased it. By remaining honest you are helping to support me so I can do more for you in the future as I work on my other documents I hope to release soon.
