Avithos Beach in Kefalonia offers a long, narrow, sand-filled shore with golden colors, along with gorgeous crystal-clear waters. Though it does have some pebbles at the very entrance of the beach, a soft sandy seabed follows, making it a relaxing swim with limited deep-sea rocks. Also, it can often be a temporary host to lovely sea turtles.
