INTRODUCTION
Shadow work is a deep, introspective practice where you explore and integrate the hidden or suppressed aspects of your psyche, often called the "shadow self." This part of us contains emotions, desires, and traits that we've rejected or ignored, typically because they don't align with our conscious self-image. By doing shadow work, you gain greater self-awareness, heal past wounds, and cultivate self-acceptance and growth. Includes excercises & journal prompts.
