Veterans Day Art Lesson Thanking Veterans Art Project Veterans Day Activity
This Veterans Day Art Project is a hands-on, guided lesson where students express gratitude and appreciation for veterans through art. They follow a directed drawing of a soldier's helmet and poppies, symbols of remembrance and sacrifice, and finish it with felt markers, paint and oil pastels.
It is designed for teachers and homeschoolers and fits classroom discussions around Veterans Day, Remembrance Day or any military appreciation event. The project encourages empathy, creativity and historical awareness.
