This 12–16 week progressive program is designed to help athletes and golfers overcome lateral elbow tendinopathy (“tennis elbow”) by reducing pain, rebuilding tendon strength, and restoring functional power.


Each session targets the specific muscles and tendons of the forearm and shoulder that influence grip strength and control through the swing — so you can get back to doing what you love without pain.


You’ll move through three evidence-based phases:

  • Phase 1 – Pain Reduction & Activation: Calm symptoms and reintroduce light load to stimulate tendon healing.
  • Phase 2 – Strength & Capacity: Build forearm, grip, and shoulder strength to restore load tolerance and stability.
  • Phase 3 – Power & Return-to-Sport: Reinforce tendon resilience and reintroduce dynamic, golf-specific movements for full recovery.
