HOW TO USE IT

Print the pages as a booklet, alternating step-by-step and drawing pages, or print only the drawings you want and have students work on blank paper, in a sketchbook or in a duotang. You may want to demonstrate the drawing yourself first.

Students draw their subject following the steps, outline in black felt or fine liner, and then color with the mediums you choose or their own choice. Show one of the three completed examples to set expectations for a finished composition.
