It is grounded in real campus leadership experience, not generic leadership theory.

Building a leadership-team-driven plan to help carry the work
Defining a stronger vision for PLCs
Planning for stronger PLC ownership using the 'PLC Ownership Ladder'
Creating a 'First 30 Days Leadership Launch Map'

Yes. Optional On-Time Coaching is available as an add-on for leaders who want personalized support between sessions. This gives you a thought partner when you need help refining your plan, working through a campus-specific challenge, or preparing for an important leadership conversation.
