This book is all about changing to a whole food plant-based lifestyle helping with getting you back to being better. Throughout the book I use simple examples relating back to the food that you would eat and how a good variety will provide you with all you need. 


The inspiration for this book was my father. His experience with cardiovascular disease and his desire to do more than just rely on medical intervention made me realise how many people could benefit from some clear guidance on the power of plants especially in relation to helping with cardiovascular disease.
