A structured consumable register formatted to meet AS/NZS ISO 3834-2 Clause 11 and Clause 14 traceability requirements — one of the most commonly failed audit points in fabrication workshops.

Tracks consumable type, AWS and ISO specification, grade, size, kilograms, purchase order number, certificate number, heat/batch/lot number, date received, manufacturer/supplier, storage location, and issued to/used on job. Auto-filter is enabled on all columns. Includes a worked example row, 30 blank data rows, a process legend, and a compliance note explaining certificate of conformance requirements.
