The Papa Pig & Piglet pattern features a big pig wearing overalls, and a mini oinker! This 2-in-1 farm animal amigurumi pattern including dolls of 2 sizes: 5 inches tall and 2.5 inches tall. These barn animal stuffed toys are relatively fast and easy to crochet. They are designed with medium weight yarn in cotton, which makes the baby pig into a mini keychain size. However, bigger plush versions of this pattern can be created using super bulky weight chenille velvet yarn or blanket yarn too. This pink stuffed animal is suitable to make for year round craft fairs and markets. It’s also a great last-minute birthday gift, Christmas holiday gift, or stocking stuffer.

Height of big pig: 5”

Height of small pig: 2.5”

MATERIALS

Medium weight 4 yarn in light pink and dark pink (I used Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/8)

2.75mm hook

9mm plastic safety eyes for the big pig

6mm plastic safety eyes for the small pig

Stuffing

Scissors

Optional: yarn needle and black thread

MR = magic ring

FO = fasten off

ch = chain

sl st = slip stitch

sc = single crochet

inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)

dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)

dc = double crochet

tr = treble (triple) crochet

FLO = front loops only

BLO = back loops only
