The VRCSDK3, Dynamic Bones, Poiyomi Shader (I used Vers. 7.1.60) and Dynamic Pen. System are NOT included in this package! You will have to download and buy them yourself. 

Fili, the chibi, has only! hue shift. No toggles, etc. Upload the chibi after the big one, or make a new project for her! She requires you to delete the 'colors' parameter (it will show upon uploading menu!) and autofix the other error, just takes one click!
