Tiger Cat Base

You can use this base for personal use or commercial use;  as long as you give me credit and link anyone who asked about the base buy it from my Web store.
This is a PSD File Type, Make sure you can open it properly. I recommend Krita. It's free on android and maybe IOS. 

*Update - Png version added but it's just the lineart, you'll have to add the features yourself.
