In-Person Sound Healing
Come as you are. Let the sound meet you there.
Come as you are. Let the sound meet you there.
Come as you are. Let the sound meet you there.
Let the day loosen its grip. Settle into a comfortable spot as the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls fill the space, inviting you to slow down, listen, and return to yourself.
This is time to step away from the demands of the day and make room for rest, reflection, and stillness. There’s nothing to perform and no particular experience you need to have. You’re welcome to simply receive the sound and notice what arises.
My belief in sound healing is personal. I’ve experienced meaningful shifts through sound in my own life, and I love creating space for others to explore their own connection with it.
Your private appointment lasts 60 minutes, including a brief opening check-in and time afterward to reflect on anything you noticed. We’ll begin with your intention for the session and any comfort preferences you’d like to share. You can rest lying down or seated in a supported position.
Crystal singing bowls are the foundation of the experience. Depending on the session, I may also include chimes, tuning forks, a Tibetan bowl, an ocean drum, or a Panda Drum. Each session is shaped with care; the exact instruments may vary.
Book an individual session at your home, or gather a private group at a suitable location you arrange. Each private group can include up to ten participants.
Sound healing is personal. The tones may invite a feeling of relaxation, a quieter mind, a meditative feeling, or a welcome moment of clarity. You might notice warmth, tingling, emotion, or sleepiness. You might simply enjoy an hour of stillness. There’s no right response and no result you need to make happen.
I offer these sessions with the intention of creating space for rest, energetic release, and reconnection with yourself. Your experience belongs to you.
$125 covers one private 60-minute appointment for one to four participants. Whether you book for yourself or share the session with up to three others, the appointment fee is $125.
For groups larger than four, add $25 for each additional participant, up to a maximum of ten:
These are total session fees, not per-person prices. Select the pricing plan that matches your full participant count. Full payment of the listed appointment fee is required upfront through Payhip. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Any additional services or travel fees we agree on will be invoiced separately before your appointment. All additional charges must be approved in advance and paid in full before the session takes place.
If your group grows after purchase, contact me before the appointment so I can invoice you for any additional participant fees. The correct total must be paid before the session takes place. Reductions in participant count do not create a partial refund under the cancellation policy below.
I serve Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia, Irondale, Crestwood, Crestline, and Over the Mountain. If you’re outside these areas, please contact me before purchasing to discuss your location and any travel costs.
For private bookings, you provide the location and pay any venue costs. Venue rental is not included in the sound healing fee. If you’re booking a group, you’re responsible for securing a suitable space and any permission needed to use it. We’ll confirm the address and space together before finalizing your appointment.
Events that I organize and for which I secure the venue will have their own separate listings with event-specific details.
Choose a quiet space with room for participants to rest comfortably and for the instruments to be set up. Have a mat or comfortable resting surface, a pillow, and a blanket available if you’d like them. For group bookings, make sure each participant knows what to bring.
Wear comfortable clothing. Let me know about sound sensitivities, accessibility needs, or other comfort considerations when we arrange your session. You’re welcome to ask for an adjustment or pause at any time.
After purchase, I’ll contact you within two business days to coordinate your appointment. Please have your preferred dates, location, and participant count ready. Your appointment is confirmed once we’ve agreed on the details. Payment purchases the session; it does not automatically reserve a particular date or venue.
Bookings are nonrefundable. One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee. For private groups, the booking host is responsible for coordinating attendance and notifying me of any changes.
If I need to cancel and we cannot agree on a replacement date, I’ll refund your session payment.

Sound healing is offered as a complementary wellness and spiritual practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure illness and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Experiences vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed. If you’re unsure whether sound-based relaxation is appropriate for you, consult your healthcare professional before booking.
Yes. The $125 appointment fee covers one to four people, so you can book an individual session or share the experience with a small private group.
For private bookings, you arrange the location and pay any venue costs. I’ll confirm that the space is suitable when we coordinate your appointment. Events I organize myself will have separate listings.
The host selects the plan for the total number of participants and pays the full appointment fee through Payhip. Groups are limited to ten people.
No. Private appointments can have one to ten participants. The five-person minimum applies only to separately listed public events that I organize.
Crystal singing bowls are standard. Other tools may be included depending on the session; every instrument is not guaranteed.
