Now I have a clear pond.

About 20 years ago I built a small pond from an old 300L farm trough. It has a pump that pushes water up about 1 m to create a small waterfall that then flows down through 3 smaller ponds into the trough. It worked well but the water turned green with algae and slime. An Ozpond video and then the pond guide showed how to put in a Bog Filter , what flow rate was required, pipe size on outlet compared to inlet and that I should have the pipe from the pump divide into two with valves - one to the bog filter and one to the waterfall so the amount flowing to each could be controlled. The water is now nice and clear naturally without the need to use any chemicals at all. Thanks

Master of the pond craft

This is everything you need to build a beautiful, lasting pond. Even if I wasn't building a pond, I'd recommend this as an example of what it looks like when someone, through years of experience, masters a craft; no frills, no ego, just pure distilled knowledge. For a few bucks, I saved a few grand. Buying this guide is a no-brainer.

Step by step to a healthy pond

The perfect guide for someone willing to get their hands dirty but lacking experience. The reference sheet directs you efficiently to a wealth of resources. Basic principles are explained well and diagrammatic representations are very simple but clear and helpful.
