Small Business Bookkeeping Hub (Notion Template)

Simple books for a one-person business, right inside Notion.

What's inside:

- Transactions database: every sale and expense, with an Income/Expense type and tax-friendly categories (supplies, software, advertising, fees, contractors, travel and more)

- Monthly profit view: transactions grouped by month, with income minus expenses totaled for you

- Tax set-aside table: enter each month's profit and your own %, and it works out how much to put away

- Mileage log: miles x rate for each trip

- Receipts gallery: attach a photo or PDF to any transaction

- Year-end summary: totals by category to hand to your tax preparer

How it works: after purchase you get a one-page PDF with the template link. Open it while signed in to Notion (a free account works), click Duplicate, and it's yours. Example data is included so you can see how it works; delete it when you start.

Not for you if: you need payroll, inventory accounting or bank syncing. This is a planning and organizing tool, not tax or legal advice.
