The Caritas is a rounded striped shawl pattern with cozy privacy. It can wrap close to your neck for warmth or drape gently around your shoulders. The pattern features stockinette and garter borders that allow you to completely cover up, without being a traditional lacy shawl. And large stripes of color allow you to pick several of your favorite sock yarn colorways to blend together.

This pattern uses fingering weight yarn - the designs used 3 skeins at 360 yards of a heavy fingering weight. Knit with a US size 5/3.75mm needle and optionally finished with US size F/3.75mm hook.
