HOW TO USE THIS KIT

1. Open the document you need (Word, Excel, or PDF).
2. Replace the sample business information (name, address, phone,
email, website) with your own.
3. Add your logo where the company name appears.
4. Customize pricing, tax rate, and policies to match your business
and local requirements.
5. Save your customized version (use "Save As" to keep this original
as a clean master copy).
6. Print the document or send it digitally to your customer.

08_EXCEL_TEMPLATES
All auto-calculating / spreadsheet versions of the documents
above that work best as Excel files (estimate, invoice, receipt,
payment follow-up log, and the scheduling spreadsheets).
Every document is provided as:
- an editable Word (.docx) file, where a form/agreement/report
layout is the best fit, and/or
- an editable Excel (.xlsx) file, where a spreadsheet with
auto-calculating totals or a multi-row log is the best fit, and
- a print-ready PDF of each file, generated directly from it, so
the PDF and the editable version always match.
A handful of marketing preview images live in the PREVIEW folder —
these are for listing the product for sale and are not part of the
working paperwork.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The Cleaning Service Agreement is a general business template. It
is not legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance.
Review and adapt it to your business and to your local, state, and
federal requirements — ideally with a qualified professional.
- Editable spreadsheets contain simple formulas (subtotal, tax,
totals, balances). You can change the tax rate, prices, and add or
remove rows as needed.
- All documents are designed for US Letter paper with print-friendly
margins. The scheduling documents with many columns print in
landscape orientation.
