What's included (1 file, 5 tabs):- Clients — contact details, hourly rate and a color-coded Active / Paused / Past status for every client.- Projects and Tasks — log every task with a deadline; "Days left" and a status flag are calculated automatically, so overdue tasks turn red and upcoming ones turn orange without any extra work.- Invoices — track what you've billed and to whom; the status column switches from Open to Overdue on its own once the due date has passed, and a running total adds up everything invoiced.- Dashboard — active clients, open and overdue tasks, and total invoiced/paid/outstanding, pulled together automatically from the other tabs. Nothing to fill in here.

Works in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. Only the highlighted input cells are meant to be filled in — every other cell (including all formulas) is protected so nothing breaks by accident.
