Do you like Halloween?
Want an easy way to practice mindfulness?
Curious to learn about mindful drawing?

This fun, 15 minute video includes a haunting, guided mindfulness session with relaxing slideshow, a mindful drawing lesson and printable art activities with instructions. There is also an audio version, if you prefer podcasts.

No art experience required! Presented by Mindful Art Club founders Peggy Melmoth, Emma Sprawson and Emily the Zen Cat.

Discover spooky ways of practising self-care through easy art and mindfulness exercises. Practice being here in the present moment, and accept where you are right now, without self-judgement.

We start with a self check-in to observe how you are feeling, then a short guided mindfulness session, followed by a simple art activity that anyone can do. Our mission is to make mindfulness more fun! We’re not teaching art techniques, we’re just here to play.

You will need felt tip pens or coloured pencils, some plain paper and an (optional) cup of tea or coffee. We recommend printing the colouring pages and activity sheet, but you can still do this activity if you don't have a printer.

An opportunity to experience peace, calm and grounding on replay!

I love Mindful Art Club, but I can't get to them in person and often their online sessions are at times I just can't attend. Having this mini mindful art kit on hand is the next best thing... I just press play and within minutes I'm in one of Emma's mindful meditations! I feel like I'm back in group getting a virtual hug, from people who understand. Peggy and Emma make everything feel ok again.

Helpful, calming, Welcoming, I highly recommend

The video feels warm and inviting, it's a great way to know how to self care and be calm and relaxed with others while in the comfort of your own home. The mindfulness really helped to calm and ground me, the activity sheet was relaxing and enjoyable and kept me in the moment not thinking about life, I would love to see and purches more and experience another live zoom with mindful art club.

A moment of peace and calm in an otherwise hectic day

An opportunity to connect with warm and friendly souls for twenty minutes of lighthearted and gently grounding exchange, almost like a virtual group hug.
