Do you like Halloween?
Want an easy way to practice mindfulness?
Curious to learn about mindful drawing?
This fun, 15 minute video includes a haunting, guided mindfulness session with relaxing slideshow, a mindful drawing lesson and printable art activities with instructions. There is also an audio version, if you prefer podcasts.
No art experience required! Presented by Mindful Art Club founders Peggy Melmoth, Emma Sprawson and Emily the Zen Cat.
Discover spooky ways of practising self-care through easy art and mindfulness exercises. Practice being here in the present moment, and accept where you are right now, without self-judgement.
We start with a self check-in to observe how you are feeling, then a short guided mindfulness session, followed by a simple art activity that anyone can do. Our mission is to make mindfulness more fun! We’re not teaching art techniques, we’re just here to play.
You will need felt tip pens or coloured pencils, some plain paper and an (optional) cup of tea or coffee. We recommend printing the colouring pages and activity sheet, but you can still do this activity if you don't have a printer.
