Ways to help

1. LOC or LCO method
2. Oiling 3-4x
3. Deep Conditioning regularly
4. Rinse hair with Cold water
5. Clarifying Shampoo once a month to remove product build up(follow with a deep conditioner to restore moisture)
6. Avoid Harsh Treatments(use heat protectant when applying heat)
7. Use a satin or silk pillowcase or bonnet
