Bento Box Activity

Students will use their knowledge of reading and their text to complete the digital Bento Box activity. They will analyze key components readers target in fictional texts. Students can use symbolism, their own reasoning, and text evidence to support their thinking. This activity comes with an example for the teacher to share. You will also receive a Google Slide version, and a customizable Canva Template.

*This is easily adaptable for Social Studies and Science concepts/topics. Students can create a Bento Box over a key historical figure, an Era in History, animal characteristics, or even a Scientific topic of study. So many fun and engaging ideas!
