Arabic alphabet flashcards: 28 printable double-sided cards, one for every Arabic letter, each with an example word and a picture, so children can link a letter to a word they know.

Front of each card: the letter (isolated form) in large print, the letter name in Arabic and in Latin letters, one example word in Arabic and English, and a picture of that word.

Back of each card: the four forms of the letter - isolated, initial, medial and final - labelled in English, with the example word again and its first letter highlighted. The six letters that join only to the letter before them (alif, dal, dhal, ra, zay, waw) show a dash where there is no joining form, with a short note on the card.

Good for: beginners of any age, parents, teachers, homeschool and classroom corners, matching games, and sorting games with a pile of cards. The English labels let a parent who does not read Arabic yet follow along.

The Arabic letters and words are set by code with an embedded Arabic font, so the letters join correctly. The pictures are simple AI-generated illustrations (see AI note below), one per word, with no text inside them.

Print tips:

• Print at 100% / "Actual size". Do not choose "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit".
• Print double-sided and flip on the long edge, so every front lines up with its back. Then cut along the dashed lines.
• Use the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter paper.
• Heavier paper or card makes the cards last longer. Use the greyscale file if you print in black and white.

Not included:

• No printed or shipped item: this is a digital download.
• No audio, no tracing or handwriting sheets, no stroke-order guides.
• The cards cover the 28 base letters only; short vowel marks (tashkeel) are not taught.

نصائح الطباعة:

• استخدموا ملف A4 لورق A4، وملف Letter لورق US Letter.
• الورق السميك يطيل عمر البطاقات. اختاروا النسخة الرمادية إذا كانت طابعتكم بالأبيض والأسود.

غير مشمول:

• لا يوجد منتج مطبوع أو مشحون، فهذا ملف رقمي فقط.
