Wicked Tulips is an asymmetric triangular shawl consisting of garter and slipped stitches (i.e. mosaic pattern) finished with a simple lace pattern that is only worked on the right side rows. Only one color is worked per row for the mosaic pattern.

Instructions for the mosaic and lace patterns are both written and charted. The shawl above is shown in two skeins of Marianated Yarns Scrumptious HT in The Green of Her Dreams (MC) and the Six Pack Perfection Gradient Set, in the Wicked Tulips gradient. The individual colors for the gradient are designated as: CC1 – Friendship 7; CC2 – Ride Sally Ride; CC3 – Silent Spring; CC4 – Angel of Mercy; CC5 – Little Curies; and, CC6 – Emergence.
