Four Days in Bristol

Four Days in Bristol captures the intensity and excitement of Don Weed’s first visit to the Bristol Alexander Technique Student Association (BATSA) training course in 1993 as well as the reactions of the teachers, trainees and trainers who were present. This four-day workshop provided a unique opportunity to articulate and present many of the basic principles and processes used by Don when teaching and, as a result, this transcript gives the reader an in-depth overview and introduction to the Interactive Teaching Method for the teaching of the F.M. Alexander technique.
