Man with Split Plaster SLC and mismatched crutches (Austria)

WHO GAVE HIM TWO DIFFERENT CRUTCHES ?

As we arrive at the hospital, we see the very first patient of this morning in front of the building, waiting for his appointment and smoking a cigarette. Strange...two different crutches in Blue and Red? We just do wonder why...

We take a seat next to him and can admire his right foot which is casted in a split SLC with remains of plaster on his beautiful toes.

A little later he stands up and crutches into the building. His companion grabs a wheelchair for him. He accepts the help and takes a seat. He is pushed to the waiting area.

We meet him again later that day when he leaves the hospital. Again he uses the break for a cigarette outside. We can see that the white bandage around his cast was replaced by another white bandage.

After his cigarette he gets into the car to be taken home.
