The Employer Wellness Kit is a 12-month license from Fast, Cheap & Confident, the San Antonio cookbook series by Jerry Madrigal. It gives one named employer the right to use three complete books with its entire workforce, plus a monthly challenge system that turns those books into a participation activity every month of the year.

What your workforce gets:

- Fitness Fuel (18 pages) — 14 protein-counted, budget-minded recipes — power bowls, meal prep, and protein-packed sweets — with one master shopping list for the whole book.

- The 30-Day Fitness Meal Calendar (3-page PDF + spreadsheet with 30-Day Plan and Tracker sheets) — all 14 Fitness Fuel recipes arranged across 30 days, anchored by four Prep Days (1, 8, 15, 22) so each week starts with the shopping and batch-cooking already decided.

- Strong at Any Age (34 pages) — a 30-day beginner journey built on a daily walk that builds from 10 to 30 minutes, 11 gentle chair-supported moves, and one small daily habit. No gym, no jumping, nothing done on the floor — written for total beginners, at any starting point.

- The monthly challenge system — a repeatable five-day challenge format (announcement, five daily cards, participation tracker, finisher recognition) with a 12-month theme slate, produced from the books above and the Dinner Rescue 5-ingredient dinner system. Each month runs the same simple shape on a new theme, through your own internal channels. Participation is voluntary, and a written check-in counts the same as a photo.

Bought individually, the three books cost $27. This license is not a discount on $27 — it is the permission to use them with your whole workforce, all year, in your internal programming and participant handouts, plus the challenge system that keeps the program active month after month.

The license, in plain language:

- One named employer: the license belongs to the employer named after purchase. It covers that employer's own workforce only.

- 12 months: the license runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Internal use and participant handouts: your staff may use the materials in internal programming and communications, and print or share handouts for your own employees.

- Not included: public posting of the files, resale, or transfer to another organization. Subsidiaries, franchise locations, and other entities are not covered by this license — ask before purchase if your situation is different, and we will quote it separately.

- Renewal: $999 per year at the then-current price. Renewal is optional and is never an auto-charge. If you don't renew, nothing is billed; you simply stop using the materials at the end of the term.
