Healing the Feminine 1: Root

First session in a 5-class series on healing the feminine through both the linear and the spiral chakra system. In this workshop, we work with:

• basic principles of template work
• our inner male and inner female, and how healing the feminine ultimately helps both heal
• root chakra and power
• common root chakra blocks and health issues that are specific to advanced souls
• healing disconnect from the body and its wisdom
• not wanting to be on Earth
• working with guided visualizations to balance your root at multiple levels and dimensions
