Already own one New Parent Coordinator AI Starter agent? This completes your set.
The full kit (Standalone) is $19. You paid $9 for your Starter — this Upgrade is the $10 difference, and it delivers the complete New Parent Coordinator AI Kit: all four agents (Baby Log Keeper, Care Brief Builder, Appointment & Questions Prepper, Family Updater), each in .md and .txt, with the Prompt Sheet, My Baby Book, the AI Limitations Disclaimer, Troubleshooting & FAQ, the README, and the changelog.
No new setup: the Baby Book you filled in for your Starter already has sections for all four agents — the parents and baby as stated, contacts and caregivers, the daily log, documents, questions, appointments, reported answers, notes, conflicts, care occasions and your own instructions, brief and update statuses, and audiences carry over. Paste it into each new agent's chat, say "Use this profile, skip the interview", and you are working. Each agent you are adding runs its own named completeness check before its deliverable is presented as finished — the Weekly Log Summary Check (GATE-LK), the Appointment Prep Sheet Check (GATE-AP), the Care Brief Check (GATE-CB), and the Family Update Check (GATE-FU) — and asking for "just the highlights" never waives any of them.
In short form, the boundary that defines this kit: it keeps records; it is not medicine, and it is not baby-care advice. That holds for every agent you are adding: no diagnosis, no symptom interpretation, no medication, feeding, sleep, or development advice of any kind; a pasted clinic document is filed verbatim and its printed medication/vitamin line is never turned into an instruction — the care brief prints only an instruction you state yourself, or "not recorded — ask the parents"; where two recorded facts disagree, both stand flagged, never reconciled or averaged; appointments exist only as you state them; log counts are printed as counts, never as patterns; family updates are drafted per audience and never cross; and when your own words describe a possible emergency, the kit puts your recorded facts and your recorded contacts in front of you and directs you to contact your pediatrician, urgent care, or emergency services now, judging nothing about severity in either direction and contacting nobody itself.
Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run an agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works as a guide: it creates and edits the complete deliverables right in the chat — the finished documents and complete updated files themselves, never outlines, edit lists, or pieces for you to assemble — and guidance is what covers the steps inside outside tools and accounts, which you perform yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and it can do more where the platform genuinely allows: the Book kept as a file under git, or as a Google Doc where that route verifies; Gmail draft creation by two agents only, for their own drafts only (the Care Brief Builder's gated brief; the Family Updater's per-audience updates) — draft-never-send, as no send tool exists in this kit; calendar holds by the Appointment & Questions Prepper only, on your own calendar only, with no invitees, for appointments you stated only, plus the Todoist mirror of that same list (Apple Calendar is guide-only — a copy-ready hold). Same agents, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets them do. No baby-tracker app, clinic, or health platform is integrated in either mode: records from an app enter the Book only as text you paste in yourself.
What's inside: the complete Standalone kit (all 10 documents, each in .md + .txt).
What you need: an AI chat account of your own (free versions work for the guided work), and one New Parent Coordinator Starter already purchased — this Upgrade is priced as the difference for Starter owners. If you don't own a Starter yet, the right product is the Standalone kit ($19) or a Starter ($9).
Honest limits:
Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, not a medical service, not a tracker app, and not a baby-care or medical record. The kit's spine holds in both modes: one shared Baby Book that no output may contradict, documents reproduced exactly as supplied and never converted into instructions, conflicts surfaced with both sides standing and closed only as your own new stated fact with the originals unchanged, appointments only as you state them, log summaries that count and never read the week, updates drafted per audience from the record only, statuses only as you report them, and escalation that stops and directs you to your pediatrician with your recorded facts in front of you — never sent, placed, or judged by an agent. Nothing runs unattended, and no agent ever accepts a password or secret in either mode. You check every output before you rely on it.
One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model. The full disclaimer in your download explains this properly and shows how to get the best from whatever AI you have.
Price: $10 — the difference between the $9 Starter and the $19 Standalone kit.
