X Factor Athlete — Development Series (Ages 11–14)
This is where athletes earn the barbell.
The Development Series is a 12-week program that bridges the gap between moving well and moving with load. Built for athletes ages 11–14, this program introduces fundamental barbell and dumbbell movements — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry — with the injury-intelligent progressions that only a licensed Physical Therapist would know to include.
Three days a week. Full body. Built to last.
What's inside: 12 weeks of periodized programming, PT written coaching cues for every exercise, age-appropriate loading guidelines, a sport-specific warm-up routine, parent guide, nutrition basics, and a strength and speed testing sheet to track real progress.
The athlete who masters technique at 13 is the one college coaches call at 17.
