Responses are not monitored continuously and should never be relied upon for urgent, emergency or crisis situations.

EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES

In the unlikely event that I experience a genuine personal emergency, family emergency, medical emergency, serious illness, bereavement or other unforeseen circumstance which temporarily prevents me from responding on a particular day, your boost will not be cancelled.

Any missed content will be provided as soon as reasonably possible and you will still receive the full 7 days of personalised encouragement included within your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalised and digital nature of this service, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced, personalised content has been created or any part of the service has been delivered.
