Instructions:

1. Preparation: Begin by creating a comfortable and private environment where participants can reflect honestly on their experiences and feelings.


2. Assessment Overview: Introduce participants to the eight dimensions of wellness, explaining the significance of each in the context of their lives.


3. Self-Evaluation: Download the "Mind, Body and Brotherhood" wellness assessment which guides participants through a series of questions or prompts related to each dimension.


4. Reflection: Encourage participants to reflect on their responses, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth.


5. Goal Setting: Facilitate a goal-setting session where participants can develop action plans to enhance their wellness in specific dimensions.


6. Follow-Up: Offer opportunities for follow-up discussions or workshops to support ongoing progress and community building.
