Application for 8-Weeek Immersion Program

This is for you to apply for the 8-Week Accelarator with Coach Tonya K. Once you feel it out you, you can email it to coachtonya2020@gmail.com ATTN: Application for Immersion Program Submitted. If your application is approved, you will be sent a link to book your first session where you can pay in full.

However, if you need a payment plan, let me know via the same email and another link will be provided for you or go back to the booking site and click the payment plan link located at the bottom of the description on the booking site, don't click the Calendly link, but exit and go the payment plan link to make your deposit (on Go Daddy).

If you agree to the payment plan, make your payment and confirm it with a screenshot sent to the same email above. ATTN: PAYMENT PLAN DEPOSIT PAID along with three suggested days and times that you would like to meet. I will respond with a confirmation of receipt and an agreed upon time along with a special ZOOM link for you to join on your selected day and time.
