Hey my friends it's your big sis Mo again! I took the last 30 days of my workouts and outlined them for you. You will have 5 workouts each week and two rest days. I like to start my workouts on Tuesday-Saturday, you do not have to follow my days, I would suggest keeping the two days off. If you want to get the most out of these workouts you will want to stick to the full 30 days. So who would I suggest to purchase this regimen:

  • If you're new to working out
  • If you feel that you've plateaued in your current fitness routines
  • If you're needing steady workout routines
