Thanksgiving Art Project Turkey Art Lesson Thanksgiving Art Activity Artwork
This Thanksgiving Turkey Art Project combines mixed media and paper weaving to create a colorful Thanksgiving turkey. It is designed for elementary and upper elementary students, and it works for classroom teachers, art educators and homeschool families.
Students explore color, line and texture as they weave paper and add mixed media details, and the finished turkeys make a festive fall bulletin board display. The lesson follows an easy, step-by-step structure so every learner can succeed.
