Florida County Courthouses
This is a PDF file of pen and ink sketches of Florida county courthouses. Florida has 67 counties formed over the years from two original counties created when Florida became a U.S. territory in 1821: Escambia and St. Johns. Each county built a courthouse in its early days.
This sketch book has pen and ink drawings of the courthouses in each of the 67 counties along with a brief written history of the county. Some of these buildings are still in use. Others are lost to history. This small book will tell you when the county was formed and who or what it was named for. I hope you enjoy the time travel.
