Exhibit List Template for Trials and Evidentiary Hearings
Thank you for checking out my charts and personal work-product. As you know, I am an experienced paralegal with several decades of experience. The charts I am sharing for use are charts which I use on a daily basis and have used for a very long time. I have shared them with co-workers and people end up using them and adjusting them to their particular flavor or need.
This is another template of an exhibit list which can be used as a shell draft for filing or just for purposes of personal exhibit logging for trials or hearings. Keeping track of exhibits during a trial or evidentiary hearing is no joke and can be challenging. I love using this chart for keeping track of all the identifiers related to the particular exhibit and you can actually track exhibits being admitted in court during the proceedings. Please remember that once you download any of these forms they become yours and you can tweak or maneuver them in any way you want. Colors, size, additional columns, more or less rows - the possibilities are endless.
Remember, if you decide to use any of these forms for an official court filing, it must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney. This form is not to be construed as legal advice or anything of the sort. Just a paralegal helping out other paralegals or legal professionals with ideas.
