The Circle of Wives Leadership Academy is a transformational 10-month leadership and community development experience created to equip faith-based wives to lead with confidence, cultivate authentic sisterhood and establish thriving wives communities within their local cities and regions. Presented by Dr. Deidra Roussaw and the TrulyWed Wives Leadership Network, this elevated academy combines leadership training, mentorship, marriage enrichment and community-building strategies to help wives develop impactful Circle of Wives and Wives Tribe movements rooted in purpose, connection and influence.

Through monthly leadership development, one-on-one mentorship, group coaching and private leadership experiences, participants will gain the tools needed to create intentional experiences for wives, strengthen marriages through leadership and establish a recognizable leadership presence within their community. Graduates of the academy will celebrate their completion aboard the elegant Wives on Fire Escapement Cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas in August 2027.
