Cottonwood Bud Massage Oil
Botanical Comfort for Tired, Achy Muscles
Our Cottonwood Bud Massage Oil is a traditional herbal infusion of cottonwood buds in nourishing olive and coconut oils.
Cottonwood buds have a long history of traditional use in herbal preparations for comforting tired, achy areas. Combined with the rich, moisturizing qualities of olive and coconut oils, this infusion creates a silky massage oil designed to nourish the skin while providing a soothing, comforting massage experience.
Especially lovely for gentle massage of the shoulders, back, arms, legs, and other areas that feel tired or overworked.
A Gentle Choice During Cancer Care
Chemotherapy can leave the body feeling tired and uncomfortable. Gentle massage and moisturizing skincare can be a comforting part of a personal self-care routine.
This oil is intended to provide moisture and comfort through gentle massage. It is not intended to treat chemotherapy-related muscle pain, neuropathy, inflammation, or other treatment-related symptoms.
If you are undergoing chemotherapy, ask your oncology team whether massage and topical products are appropriate for you. Some cancer treatments can cause skin sensitivity, neuropathy, increased bruising, or other changes that may require special precautions.
Suggested Uses

Ingredients
Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cottonwood Bud.
How to Store
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Because coconut oil naturally becomes more solid at cooler temperatures, the consistency of this product may change with temperature. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a change in quality.
If the oil becomes solid, allow it to return to room temperature naturally. Avoid excessive heating.
Keep water and moisture out of the container and close securely after each use.
Important Precautions
- For external use only.
- Patch test on a small area before extensive use.
- Do not use on broken, irritated, infected, or compromised skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Cottonwood belongs to the willow family (Salicaceae). Do not use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to cottonwood, poplar, willow, or related plants.
- People undergoing chemotherapy should consult their oncology team before using new topical products or receiving massage, particularly if they have low blood counts, increased bruising or bleeding, neuropathy, skin changes, swelling, or a medical device or treatment site in the area being massaged.
- Stop use if redness, burning, itching, rash, or other irritation develops.
- Seek medical advice for persistent, severe, or unexplained muscle pain.
