This pattern is Single Crochet with color blocks and written instructions. It is designed with a h hook (5.0) and Red Heart Super Saver, but should work great with any size hook and yarn. Chaining row is not row 1. chain 170 plus one(For turning), Then begin row one.
I recommend using both chart and color blocks because it is hard to see the diffence between Aran and the white colors. Otherwise, should be very easy to read and crochet.
