Outlaw Solo Throw Program - Train at Home
The Outlaw Solo Throw Program gives baseball players a simple, easy-to-follow throwing routine they can complete independently at home, between practices, or during the offseason.
Designed for baseball players ages 10–16, including pitchers and position players, the program includes 15 movements across four sections:
- Throwing Warm-Up: Gradually prepare your body for throwing through controlled movements, rotation, and footwork.
- Patterning Work: Develop consistent throwing mechanics, body positioning, and arm action.
- Catch Play: Build throwing rhythm, accuracy, and consistency.
- Sequencing Work: Connect your lower body, trunk, and throwing arm for a more coordinated throwing motion.
What's Included:
- Downloadable PDF with rep ranges and coaching cues
- Video demonstrations of all 15 movements
- Instructions for when and how to use the routine
- Guidance on throwing intensity, workload, and proper technique
The goal is simple: give players a structured way to get quality throwing reps without needing a throwing partner.
Designed for healthy baseball players ages 10–16. Requires a 5 oz plyoball and appropriate wall, or a baseball and secured net. Use with appropriate supervision as part of an existing throwing program.
