Power of music and mental well being

The connection between creativity and mental health

Creative hobbies make you smarter and more productive

Can creative hobbies improve performance at work?

Creative endeavours may keep the mind sharp in old age

If you love music, you can make it too

I started making music age 12, I couldn't wait to get home from school so I could jump on the computer and make some beats.

Over 30 years later and 20 years into a professional music career, I still love sitting in the studio and making music, it's still fun.

Now I know it makes me feel good for lots of other reasons too.

We as humans need a creative outlet of some form for our mental strength and agility from youth into old age

Whether you're writing, painting, dancing or whatever you enjoy, I hope you can find something creative in your life.
