Hairstylist No-Show & Cancellation Text Templates | 12 Client Messages

Tired of rewriting the same uncomfortable client message every time someone cancels late or misses an appointment?

This kit gives hairstylists 12 clear, respectful messages to copy and personalize. It covers first-time cancellations, repeat cancellations, no-shows, fee follow-ups, rebooking, appointment confirmations, one-time exceptions, and clients who question a fee.

What’s included:

• 12 copy-and-adapt client messages

• Two examples of cancellation policy wording

• A worksheet to record your own notice period, fees, and rebooking terms

• Guidance for choosing and personalizing each message

You’ll receive one 10-page PDF digital download. Replace the bracketed details with your own information and use only the fees and terms in your own booking policy.

No physical item will be shipped.
