- Please allow up to 72 hours for orders to be received. Turn around time is 14-21 days depending on customization and availability of products. For items needed sooner please add the rush fee to your cart!
- NO REFUNDS!!!!! A mock up design will be sent on all custom orders. In the event there is an ( by the designer not the customer ) a replacement will be sent. Due to the cost of materials and the time it takes to design there will be NO REFUNDS!
- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY In the event a product is not available, the closest match to that item will be sent in it's place ( ex: Go Go Squeeze Applesauce pouch may be substituted in the place of Mott's Applesauce if it is unavailable.
- RUSH FEE Any products needed in less than 14 days must have the rush fee of $65 attached. If the rush fee is not added, the standard time frame of 14-21 days will apply.
- Chocolate If candy bars are chosen as a treat, they must be picked up locally or only the labels will be produced without a change in price. If it is necessary to ship your order, please choose an option that will not melt during shipping.
- PHOTOS You must be the owner of any photos being sent in very production. Ownership does not transfer, however, you give us, IGNITED FAITH DESIGNS, permission to use any photos received for the purpose of the product requested.
- CUSTOMIZATION The information needed for customized items will be collected at checkout. All photos will need to be emailed to: ignitedfaithent@outlook.com. Any changes or issues need to be sent to this email address along with the order number in the subject line.
