You’re carrying something you can’t quite name. It lives in your body, your sleep, your energy, your relationships. This is the session that goes all the way in.

What this session works with:

Your energy field (aura), your chakras, your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies — and the deeper consciousness underneath all of it. I don’t work on you. I work with your body’s own intelligence to release what’s stuck and awaken your natural ability to heal.

What actually happens:

Before we begin, we set intentions together. I want to know where you are and what you’re carrying.

During the session I enter a state of pure awareness and connect with your field. I work with my hands — in person or at distance, because energy has no boundaries. You may feel warmth, tingling, heaviness lifting. Emotions may surface. You may fall into a deep sleep. You may feel suddenly, unexpectedly alive.

Channeling is woven in naturally — visions, guidance, and messages come through me during the session and are shared with you.

After the session we integrate together. You receive guidance on what came through and how to continue the work.
