Morning & Night Practice – 21 Days
The Inner You guided meditation is designed to be experienced as a daily practice. For best results, we recommend listening morning and night for 21 consecutive days, and continuing beyond if you feel called.
Morning Practice
Begin your day with the meditation to set the tone for clarity, calm, and inner alignment.
- Listen in a quiet space where you can remain undisturbed
- Sit or lie down comfortably with your spine supported
- Close your eyes and allow the guided breathwork to gently awaken the body
- Let the guidance help you move into the day with presence, intention, and ease
This morning practice supports grounding, focus, and a sense of centered awareness as you step into your daily life.
Night Practice
End your day with the meditation to release, reset, and restore.
- Listen before sleep or during a moment of stillness in the evening
- Allow the breathwork to soften the nervous system and quiet the mind
- Let go of the day without analysis or effort
- If you fall asleep during the meditation, that is perfectly okay
The night practice supports relaxation, emotional integration, and deep tranquility.
The 21‑Day Rhythm
Practicing for 21 days allows the body, mind, and energy field time to gently recalibrate.

- There is no need to “do it perfectly”—simply show up and breathe
