Life by Design The Clarity Check

I have done this twice now, the first time I was impressed by how engaging but simple the questions were. I did as I was asked download the pages and wrote my answers by hand.

I was shocked by how quickly I was able to confirm how I was feeling and yet quickly arrive at the core reason what was holding me back. I knew what I had to do but instead of over complicating it in my head and placing familiar barriers in the way I realised I had to rethink an issue. I needed time and how do I make time? Like many I have been dealing with this for a very long time and it is a modern day problem in our busy lives.

In our 30 minute call Mubeen gave me the opportunity to pause the swich and reflect, giving me space to breathe, reprioritise and reorganise.

Mubeen allowed me to feel seen and heard, ensuring that I was comfortablely in the driving seat, whilst offering me valuable guidance. Would I recomend doing the clarity check certainly, following up on the 30 minutes call with Mubeen, most definitely.
