Warranty, Refunds & Return Policy.
Your original receipt or invoice is required on all Returns.
Suppose you are dissatisfied with the New, Like New, or Refurbished products you purchased from us. You return the product with the original receipt or invoice within seven days from the original invoice date. In that case, you may receive a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition it was purchased.
All Refunds after seven days will require a 25% Restocking Fee up to a 30-day warranty. After 30 days and up to 90 days, we will accept store exchanges minus the 25% restocking fee for any other purchases in the store if the item is returned in the same condition as purchased. If the item is not returned in the condition it was purchased, the warranty is void, and the customer cannot return or exchange it.
The warranty is void if the tamper-proof sticker is removed after the purchase, repair, or service.
Particular order Computer Systems are non-refundable and non-returnable. Monitors, printers, and unopened computer parts may be returned within seven days from the original invoice date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee (unless defective).

Suppose the replacement screen for a repair or a screen on a purchased Tablet or Cell Phone is damaged within 30 days, meaning the screen ghosts. In that case, LCD or Digitizer is cracked, the frame is bent, there is water damage, the phone overheated due to too much strain being put on the device by software or other means, the device has vertical or horizontal lines on the LCD, the screen had limited touch or touch to half the screen, the device has physical damage, or not returned in the same condition it was purchased in, we cannot refund the purchase or repair.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Purchases made by cash over $60 will be refunded by company check.
