Recovery follows: RPO and RTO explained in plain terms, so you can say how much data and how much time your plan can afford to lose, and the recovery steps in order. The last section is upkeep, with VACUUM to reclaim space, ANALYZE and REINDEX to keep performance steady, an integrity check to catch corruption early, and an upkeep log that keeps the record of what was checked and when it was checked.
